George Mills

George joined Dyson Farming in January 2017 as a sprayer operator, whilst completing an honours degree in Agricultural Resource Management at Bishop Burton Riseholme Campus. In 2019, the business supported George in order to complete his BASIS diploma. After joining the Agronomy team in a trainee role, he progressed Agronomist in 2025.

Day-to-day, George is responsible for combinable crops, sugar beet and vining peas across Lincolnshire and he also works closely with digital and technology changes in the business. George also chairs the Health and Safety Working Group.
