Andrew Crossley
Andrew joined Dyson Farming in early 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained through several roles across the UK in both corporate and private farming operations.
Graduating from Harper Adams University in 1991, Andrew went on to complete management training with Booker Farming Ltd before taking on several roles at Trumpington Farm Company and Thurlow Estate farms Ltd on the Cambridgeshire, Essex and Suffolk borders.
Instigating many precision farming techniques has been a focus of Andrew’s; more efficient use of inputs, machinery, reducing waste and further reducing footprint as well as integrated stewardship schemes throughout.
Andrew is passionate about growing crops and their journey to the consumer. As Farming Director, he oversees Farming, Energy, Haulage and Research.
